Olympic Fire Lamp

The column of the Olympic Fire Lamp was constructed out of one white, orange and yellow glass plate. Therefore I had to have much patience grinding all pieces twice with mitre, because only this makes it's ongoing patterns possible.

I think hundrets of this lamps (in different colors) would be the eyecather at any winter olympics. So far I have to work alone and therefore it will give only some design and color studies from me next time.
