"Five Elements Lamp"

This lamps column is cut out of one disk heavvy coulored glass manufactured by Wissmach . The small and tall glass stripes must be shaped exactly to mitre if the pattern oft the glass plate should go on. This becomes all the more harder ever higher the small stripes are.

The name of the lamp relates to the chineese philosophie. There the natural phenomena can be classified into the Five Elements: water, wood, fire, metal and earth. I think this exceptionally coulored column symbolize this very well.

Mass of the lamp     height: 654 mm , width: 163 mm, depth: 140 mm
